This 36-page, soft-bound 50th Anniversary Collectors Edition was written by Spaceline, Inc. Founder and President Cliff Lethbridge and published by SpaceCoast Cover Service to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.
The front cover depicts the launch of Bumper #8 on July 24, 1950. This was the first rocket launched from Cape Canaveral. The back cover features a full-color photo of the launch of Atlas IIIA-Centaur AC-201 on May 24, 2000. This was the last rocket variant introduced at Cape Canaveral prior to the close of the 50th year of launch operations.
The text is divided into four sections and contains nearly 40 rarely seen photos representing the history of Cape Canaveral:
